10/26/22 Update - Day 4 Morning!


Overview

Hey everyone! A month late and a dollar short, but I've got the next update for you all! Day 4 morning is available for you all to download - you can't copy save files over from Day 3 to Day 4, cos of a new plugin, but everything should be a lot more stable in the updates after this. I know I've said this like every update now, but sorry again for the long time to wait (it's been 100 days since Day 3's update, big sad) - I spent pretty much all of September busting my ass for my Spooktober 2022 Jam entry, and the Khawasim kinda had to take a back burner. 

This is just your reminder that the Khawasim is officially canon-divergent. ML Cidonia content dropped early September, and it is so different from the Inferno Khawazu I wrote that I'd have to overhaul the entire sim if I wanted it to be canon compliant.

Changelog (Day 4 Morning)

  • Added Remnant Violet and Conqueror Lilias! They're going to be the main "antagonists" of Day 4 (and hopefully Day 5, too).
  • Basically continuing the storyline that was started in Day 3
  • Added some lore bits for the Lava Vein Chief

  • Despite making new expressions for him in the Day 3 update, added a brand new portrait and design for the Lava Vein Chief.

I drew it entirely by myself, so I'm sorry that it clashes a bit with the already established Epic 7 artstyle. However, the player is very much aware the LVC does not have this design in the canon game! If you want to know his full story about this change, you'll have to talk to someone in a certain secret path in Day 4 Afternoon! 

Yes, I intentionally kept him at his old portrait for the flashback between Days 2 and 3.
